We understand the importance of privacy to many of our customers. Most orders placed on ThePlugSupply.com are shipped in plain brown boxes without any identifying markings. We also black wrap entire pallets if your order ships freight.
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, however, in some cases longer shipping times may occur. If you need the part(s) by a specific date, please notify us by phone at 1-888-621-0062 and we will do everything that we can to accommodate this request. ThePlugSupply.com ships to any location where FedEx and the US Postal Service can deliver.
Fedex transit times
Free shipping offers only apply to destinations within the continental United States and items will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. Any costs incurred by ThePlugSupply.com for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining an RMA number from ThePlugSupply.com, will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order if delivery is refused, or 10% restocking free for store credit. Any authorized return shipment to ThePlugSupply.com and ThePlugSupply.coms’ suppliers that incur shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that courier. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at customers’ expense. We will only shop to your billing address linked to the credit card unless you fill out our Credit Card Authorization form. International shipping costs on returns are not the liability of ThePlugSupply.com at any time and must be paid for by the customer in the return process. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to import and duty fees.
Any requests for cancellation prior to shipping of your order must be received via phone or live chat so we have sufficient time to stop shipment prior to fulfillment. Once the order has been processed and tracking number generated, the order cannot be canceled.
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. you can also check your order statues by logging in to your account and clicking on the My Orders link.
